The stories we tell ourselves can help us to thrive and at times hold us back from achieving what we most wish for, wether that is a loving relationship, a particular career, economic situation or health.
Through participation in this three hour introductory programme you will explore the life script, and the influence the stories we tell ourself can have on our thoughts feelings and actions.
